भूमि मकान प्राप्ति उपाय

किसी व्यक्तिको प्रयत्न करने पर भी निवासके लिये भूमि अथवा मकान न मिल रहा हो , उसे भगवान् वराहकी उपासना करनी चाहिये । भगवान् वराह की उपासना करने से , उनके मंत्र का जप करने से , उनकी स्तुति - प्रार्थना करनेसे अवश्य ही निवास के योग्य भूमि या मकान मिल जाता है । 

स्कन्दपुराण के वैष्णवखण्ड में आया है कि भूमि प्राप्त करनेके इच्छुक मनुष्य को सदा ही इस मन्त्रका जप करना चाहिये।

ॐ नमः श्रीवराहाय धरण्युद्धारणाय स्वाहा ।

 ध्यान - भगवान् वराहके अंगोंकी कान्ति शुद्ध स्फटिक गिरिके समान श्वेत है । खिले हुए लाल कमलदलोंके समान उनके सुन्दर नेत्र हैं । उनका मुख वराहके समान है ।पर स्वरूप सौम्य है । उनकी चार भुजाएँ हैं । उनके मस्तक पर किरीट शोभा पाता है और वक्षःस्थलपर श्रीवत्सका चिह्न है । उनके चार हाथोंमें चक्र , शङ्ख , अभय - मुद्रा और कमल सुशोभित है । उनकी बायीं जाँघपर सागराम्बरा पृथ्वीदेवी विराजमान हैं । भगवान् वराह लाल , पीले वस्त्र पहने तथा लाल रंगके ही आभूषणों से विभूषित हैं । श्रीकच्छप के पृष्ठके मध्य भागमें शेषनाग की मूर्ति है । उसके ऊपर सहस्रदल कमलवका आसन है और उसपर भगवान् वराह विराजमान हैं ।

 उपर्युक्त मन्त्रके सङ्कर्षण ऋषि , वाराह देवता , पंक्ति छन्द और  श्री बीज है।चार लाख जप करें और घी व मधुमिश्रित खीरका हवन करे ।

Land acquisition measures

 Even if a person tries, he is not getting land or house for residence, he should worship God Varaha.  By worshiping Lord Varaha, by chanting his mantra, praying to him, one definitely gets the land or house worthy of residence.

 It has come to the Vaishnavkhanda of Skandpurana that a person desirous of obtaining land should always chant this mantra.

 Om Namah Shrivarahaya Dharanyudharanaya Swaha.

 Meditation - The ear of Lord Varaga's organs is white like a pure crystal.  He has beautiful eyes like blooming red lotus flowers.  His face is like Varaha, but the form is gentle.  He has four arms.  Kirit on his head is adorned and there is Srivatsaka sign on the chest.  His four hands are adorned with chakra, shakha, abhaya-mudra and lotus.  On his left thigh is Sagarambra Prithvi Devi.  Lord Varaha is dressed in red, yellow clothes and decorated with red colored ornaments.  There is a statue of Sheshnag in the middle part of the back of the Srikachhap.  Above him is the Sahastral Kamalavaka posture and Lord Varaha is seated on it.

 The above mentioned mantras are Sage, Varaha Devta, Row Chand and Shree Beej. Chant four lakhs and perform Ghee and Madhumishrit Kheerka Havan.
